Outside this list, local-government routes return “data unavailable” rather than empty arrays — there is no national local-government API, and CIV.IQ does not pretend to have data it doesn't have.
There is no single API for local government data in the United States. Over 90,000 local jurisdictions each publish records in different formats, or not at all. CIV.IQ is expanding coverage one city at a time, after verifying each Legistar endpoint.
