Summary

This bill increases Medicaid disproportionate share hospital (DSH) allotments for FY2020 and for the duration of the public health emergency relating to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). (DSHs are hospitals that receive additional payment under Medicaid for treating a large share of low-income patients.)
