This bill bars the Supreme Court from citing for the purpose of precedence [sic] in all future cases the following Supreme Court decisions concerning the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act:

  • National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius,
  • King v. Burwell, and
  • Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores Inc.
